A majority of ASC leaders earned more than $100,000 in gross salary in 2024, coupled with over $1,000 in annual bonuses.
However, nearly one-fourth of ASC leaders saw no change in their annual salary between 2023 and 2024, according to a February report from Outpatient Surgery Magazine.
