ASCs coming to the Northeast in 2 months

Here are four ASCs and outpatient centers that have opened, expanded or been announced in the Northeast, as reported by Becker’s since Jan. 17:

  1. West Orange, N.J.-based RWJBarnabas’ Ambulatory Medical Pavilion will open to patients April 1. 
  2. Compass Surgical Partners, an ASC development and management company, opened NYC Joint & Spine Center in Englewood, N.J.
  3. Stony Brook Medicine’s 120,000-square-foot ambulatory care facility in Commack, N.Y., is adding a 19,500-square-foot ASC.
  4. The Lighthouse Credit Union building in Portsmouth, N.H., was converted into an ASC.
