Responsibilities include:
- Daily clinical staffing and efficient flow of patients through the Endoscopy experience.
- Recruit, hire, train and assist in evaluating all clinical personnel.
- Direct supervision of clinical staff in the center.
- Compliance with all clinical policies and procedures.
- Monitoring all procedure area purchases, assisting with the preparation of annual budget in conjunction with the Administrator and Medical Directors.
- Organizing and managing all paperwork and studies necessary for continued certification and accreditation.
Qualifications:
- Current NY RN license; BSN preferred.
- Previous GI experience, preferably two years with current membership in S.G.N.A.
- ACLS certified – if BLS certified, must be willing to become ACLS within 6 months of employment.
- Prior experience with AAAHC and DOH surveys a plus
- Proven leadership skills and strong focus on patient satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
