Michigan Gastroenterology Institute-leased building sells

A 11,010-square-foot medical office building in East Lansing, Mich., has been sold to real estate investment firm Walz Kraft Capital Partners, according to a Dec. 5 report from ReBusiness Online.

The two-story facility is 100% leased to Michigan Gastroenterology Institute, which was recently acquired by Pinnacle Gastroenterology Partners. 

The GI practice has occupied the facility since its opening in 1998. This is Walz Kraft’s first acquisition in Michigan, and its 18th in the U.S.
