The two-story medical office will be connected to Northwestern’s hospital and other buildings on the campus via an indoor walkway.

Inside, there will be space for the Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute, oncology infusion and radiation, cardio diagnostics and general surgical services for gastroenterology, pulmonary, urology and similar offices. The building is already 100% pre-filled.

The project is expected to cost $95 million and add 300 jobs in the area.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
