Dr. Svitra specializes in retinal diseases and advanced techniques including laser, ultrasound and ocular imaging, according to an Oct. 9 press release.
Previously, Dr. Svitra served as a full-time faculty member and physician in charge of vitreoretinal diseases and surgery at North Shore Hospital, then affiliated with Cornell Medical College. His Northwell hospital affiliations include North Shore University Hospital, Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Glen Cove Hospital and more.
Dr. Svitra will treat SightMD patients in Garden City, N.Y.
Dr. Vo specializes in cataract surgery with an interest in global ophthalmology. He will be seeing patients at SightMD’s Little Neck, N.Y., and Brooklyn, N.Y., locations.
