$3.5M medical office building breaks ground in Illinois

Anderson Healthcare has broken ground on a $3.5 million medical office building in Collinsville, Ill., according to a Sept. 4 report from The Edwardsville Intelligencer.

The facility will provide primary care services and will be located adjacent to Anderson Healthcare’s existing urgent-care facility.

The building will total 6,200-square-feet, and is expected to be complete in the spring of 2025. It will house five providers to begin with, with plans to add more in the future.
