The tax credit will be spread over five years to support a $4 million investment to expand the company’s Lansing operations, creating up to 404 new jobs. The company will hire new clinicians and professional medical record coders at an average weekly wage of about $850, according to the report.
If the company does not create at least 300 qualified new jobs in the fourth or fifth year of the credit, it will not receive the credit that year.
