California medical office building sold for $11.6M

A 37,000-square-foot medical office building in Chula Vista, Calif., was sold for $11.6 million, according to a July 10 report from Commercial Property Executive.

The facility was acquired by a joint partnership between Cypress West Partners and TPG Angelo Gordon. The venture plans to acquire $300 million in medical assets over the next two years. 

The facility most recently sold just a few months ago for $10.5 million, according to the report. It is anchored by Scripps Health and is leased to 12 tenants including The Oncology Institute of Hope and Innovation, Grimaldi Center, The Neuron Clinic and Labcorp.
