The steel for the four-story, 57,000-square-foot structure has been framed. Each floor of the new facility will offer 14,000 square feet of available space.

The new office building will be on the site of a former Windom clinic that was demolished in October, according to the report.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
