Pennsylvania zoning board to vote on 2-story medical office building

The Northampton (Pa.) county zoning hearing board will hold a hearing on plans to demolish an office building to make space for a two-story medical office building, according to an April 29 report from Lehigh Valley Live.

The plans would also combine two lots in Hanover Township, Pa.,  to create a nearly 10 acre space for the medical office building. 

An existing bank building on one of the lots is not targeted for demolition and would be maintained under the plans. 

The zoning hearing for the new facility is scheduled for May 2.
