30K-square-foot medical office building approved in Georgia

A 30,000-square-foot, three-story medical office building has been approved in Holly Springs, Ga., according to a March 6 report from the Cherokee Tribune & Ledger News.

The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the new building at a March 5 meeting. 

A propane business currently sits on the property, but the plan will remove the existing facility to make space for the medical and clinic services building.
