1. Mr. Evans has served as CEO and director of Surgery Partners since January 2020.

2. Prior to his current role, he served as Surgery Partners’ executive vice president and COO.

3. He has nearly 20 years of experience in operations and strategic roles in healthcare services.

4. Before joining Surgery Partners, Mr. Evans served as president of hospital operations for Tenet Healthcare.

5. In addition to his role at Surgery Partners, he serves as director for Teladoc Health, QuVa Pharma, the Nashville Health Care Council, the American Heart Association of Middle Tennessee and the SPOON Foundation.
