Former Boston Scientific endoscopy exec joins Mirai Medical’s leadership ranks

David Pierce has joined the board of medtech startup Mirai Medical as a non-executive director.

Mr. Pierce currently serves as president of endoscopy at Boston Scientific, according to a Jan. 23 news release. He has spent over three decades with the company and previously served as executive vice president and president of MedSurg.

Mirai Medical specializes in pulsed field ablation within the gastrointestinal tract.
