OrthoVirginia was the only tenant of the 12,580-square-foot building at the time of the sale. The building was purchased by a Virginia-based private investor.
OrthoVirginia has more than 35 locations throughout the state.

A medical office building housing an OrthoVirginia practice in Ashburn, Va., was sold for $8.5 million, ReBusiness Online reported Dec. 14.
