Rush medical building, ASC acquired in Illinois

Rush Oak Brook (Ill.) Medical Center was acquired by joint venture partners Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate.

The 93,386-square-foot, three-story medical office building and ASC is an orthopedic center of excellence and offers care in other specialties, including neurosurgery, gastroenterology and primary care, according to a Nov. 15 Remedy news release.

Built in 2018, the surgery center has six operating rooms, two procedure rooms and 28 patient bays, the release said.
