Tampa, Fla., is the best city to retire, while Baltimore is the worst, according to personal finance site WalletHub.

In a report released Sept. 5, WalletHub determined the best and worst cities to retire. The site compared 182 cities across four key dimensions: affordability, activities, quality of life and healthcare. Those dimensions were evaluated using 45 metrics, including adjusted cost of living, life expectancy and older-adult-friendly labor market.

Here are the 10 best cities to retire:

3. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

4. Orlando, Fla.

5. Miami

6. Casper, Wyo.
