Linda Carnazza was charged with three counts of performing illegal hair transplants from 2022 to 2023, according to the report.
Charges also were filed against another employee, Allya Godwin. Court documents state that Ms. Godwin was operating without a license to practice in Virginia, but as of July 14, she was still employed at Virginia Surgical.
A former patient reported the center after undergoing a botched procedure in February. The center declined to comment on the court proceedings.
