Wyoming Surgery Center in Cheyenne Achieves AAAHC Accreditation

Yellowstone Surgery Center in Cheyenne, Wyo., has achieved accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), according to a news release from Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.

The ambulatory surgery center has been affiliated with CRMC since 2004.

 

“We believe our patients deserve the best,” said Shelley Allen, RN, director of nursing at Yellowstone Surgery Center, according to the news release. “When you see our certificate of accreditation, it means that we as an organization care enough about our patients to strive for the highest care possible.”

 

The multispecialty ASC features three operating rooms and performs surgeries in many specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, pediatric dentistry, ENT, ophthalmology, gynecology, urology and endoscopy.
