Meridian to invest $100M in New Mexico medical office building

Real-estate developer Meridian has purchased 18 acres in Santa Fe, N.M., to construct a 95,000-square-foot medical office building, according to an April 5 report from REbusiness Online.

The multispecialty building will also include a comprehensive cancer center. Meridian’s investment is expected to exceed $100 million, according to the report. 

This is Meridian’s first project in Santa Fe, and it is expected to complete in July 2024.
