Mr. Sonnen previously served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer at First Data Corporation as well as senior vice president and CFO of Gambro Healthcare.
In his new role, Mr. Sonnen is responsible for providing oversight of and direction for the company’s overall finance and accounting organizations. These responsibilities include financial analysis, accounting, information technology, controls, budgeting, planning and forecasting.
