Gastrointestinal revenue grew in the high-single digits, largely from sales of GI Genius. The segment GI falls under — respiratory, gastrointestinal and renal — overall saw an 8 percent decrease year-over-year with $712 million in revenue.
Medtronic reported total revenue of $7.7 billion, a 4.1 percent increase year-over-year on an organic basis.
