Mr. Stamper has 30 years of healthcare experience, including cardiovascular ASC development and management, according to a Jan. 25 press release.
Brad Tillman will also join Cardiovascular Associates as the director of practice performance. Mr. Tillman has 35 years of experience in finance and accounting.
