State Farm is alleging three physicians and two managers of the surgery center are working with a device manufacturer and law firms to profit from medically unnecessary diagnostic tests and the performing of percutaneous discectomies.
The physicians’ defamation suit claims State Farm’s allegations are an attempt for the payor to avoid paying claims, according to the report.
