Nvision Eye Centers buys majority interest in Los Angeles eye practice

Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based Nvision Eye Centers has acquired a majority interest in Los Angeles-based East West Eye Institute, Vision Monday reported Oct. 12.

Nvision Eye Centers specializes in LASIK and cataract surgeries and has 70 practices and ASCs in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Arizona.

The East West Eye Institute operates seven clinics and two surgery centers.
