Omni partners with Pennsylvania ophthalmology ASC

Erie (Pa.) Retinal Surgery has partnered with Omni Ophthalmic Management Consultants, according to a May 4 release.

Erie Retinal Surgery is a single-specialty eye care center with four board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologists. The partnership expands Omni’s reach further west in Pennsylvania.

Iselin, N.J.-based Omni is an optometric referral practice that promotes partnerships between optometry and ophthalmology. It has over 70 board-certified ophthalmologists and 350 registered nurses, ophthalmic technicians, surgical technicians and patient services representatives. 

Cross Keys Capital served as the exclusive adviser for the transaction.
