Emergency Medical Services Acquires Milford Anesthesia Associates

Emergency Medical Services Corporation has announced that AnesthesiaCare, an affiliate of the company’s EmCare segment, has agreed to acquire Milford (Conn.) Anesthesia Associates, according to a Bradenton report.

Milford has approximately 100 clinicians and provides outsourced anesthesia to nine hospitals and 18 ASCs in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Milford will operate under its present brand as part of AnesthesiaCare, contributing an expected $40 million to annual net revenue for EMS.
