This 20-acre multi-specialty development, which is part of a larger development, includes significant medical office and ancillary service space.
“We are excited about the phase two project because Quest Diagnostics and Community Health Systems will also reside in the space,” says Rum Chopra, principal of The C/N Group. With the completion of the MOB, the property has roughly 60,000 sq. feet with space still available for future growth.
In addition, The C/N group is working on four ASC acquisitions in New York and is still actively looking for additional acquisitions and new development projects. The company eventually plans to grow beyond the outpatient surgery market and expand into the hospital arena. Currently, it is in the process of looking to do a joint-venture with an acute care hospital.
