The new SourcePlus OpNote tool, accessible through any web browser, provides surgeons with a postoperative report generation resource that helps eliminate dictation and transcription while improving revenue cycle process by providing associated procedural and diagnosis coding data, quality indicators and immediate sign-out, according to the release.
The tool is also intended to help ASCs with the conversion from ICD-9 to ICD-10 coding.
