1. New Orleans: 10 percent
2. Cincinnati, Ohio: 9 percent
3. Ann Arbor, Mich.: 3 percent
4. Hartford, ConnH 3 percent
5. Riverside, Calif.: 3 percent
6. Baltimore: 2 percent
7. Atlanta: 2 percent
8. Rochester, N.Y.: 2 percent
9. Minneapolis: 1 percent
10. Charleston: 1 percent
