Here’s how many ASC leaders make $150K+ — 8 pay insights

The number of ASC leaders reporting a salary of $100,000 or more was down 8 percentage points compared to 2018, according to OR Manager‘s 2019 Salary/Career Survey.

OR Manager collected data from 196 ASC leaders from March 28 to May 31. Respondents were either OR Manager subscribers or part of an external list.

There were 177 ASC respondents who provided information on current annual salary:

Less than $60,000: 4 percent
$60,000 to $69,999: 2 percent
$70,000 to $79,999: 13 percent
$80,000 to $89,999: 15 percent
$90,000 to $99,999: 12 percent
$100,000 to $119,999: 21 percent
$120,000 to $149,999: 23 percent
$150,000 or more: 8 percent
