What you should know:
1. Surgical Notes’ ScanChat ASC, a document management program, will be integrated into Simple Admit’s web-based previsit screening and registration service.
2. The integration will automatically take information entered into Simple Admit and put it into ScanChart ASC. The program eliminates the need to manually print and scan documents into a patient’s chart.
3. This is the second partnership of the like for Surgical Notes. The company previously announced a collaboration with HSTpathways, an ASC-focused EHR provider.
