Atlanta medical school building $26.5M ASC

Atlanta-based Morehouse School of Medicine applied for a certificate of need to build a $26.5 million ASC on its campus, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.

Morehouse physicians will staff the center. Although ASCs don’t typically keep patients overnight, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports the Morehouse’s facility will have a bed count that is yet to be determined.
