Dr. Mukherjee also serves as a professor in the department of medicine. Before joining Creighton, he was a faculty member at the University of Nebraska Medical Center for 14 years.
Dr. Mukherjee conducts research on fatty liver diseases and hepatitis C. He is board-certified in transplant hepatology and completed his gastroenterology fellowship at the State University of New York Health Science Center and Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Syracuse, N.Y.
