1. Neurosurgeon: $402,205

2. Cardiothoracic surgeon: $387,471

3. Orthopedic surgeon: 379,757

4. Invasive cardiologist: $360,213

5. Gastroenterologist: $309,398

6. Otolaryngologist: $296,879
