1. Lakewood Ranch-based Florida Digestive Health Specialists added Avantika Mishra, MD, to its team.

2. Summit, N.J.-based pediatric gastroenterologist Michael Tyshkov, MD, was indicted on six counts of sexual assault-related offenses by a Union County, N.J., grand jury. 

3. NBC affiliate 4 New York’s investigative team found patient files for Jonathan Warman, MD, and Alexander Chun, MD, outside with the trash.
