Dr. Saps also serves as the George E. Batchelor Endowed Chair in Pediatrics. His research interests include pediatric functional bowel disorders and gastrointestinal motility.
Dr. Saps earned his medical degree at Hospital Pereyra-Rossell, Facultad de Medicina in Montevideo, Uruguay.
