ASC supply chain tip of the day: Consider product alternatives

 
ASCs should have a plan in place for continuing operations when a supply chain shortage occurs, according to Cheryl Poplaski, Vizient’s senior director of supply chain operations.

Ms. Poplaski shared the following tip with Becker’s ASC Review:
