What you should know:
1. Wallace Locklear, 59, of Rowland, N.C., was arrested at his home Aug. 12, and charged with a misdemeanor for allegedly threatening to fire at Southeastern Health Park.
2. Lumberton Sheriff Burnis Wilkins told The Laurinburg Exchange that Mr. Locklear made the threat at a nearby office. A person at Mr. Locklear’s location called Health Park, which led to the 911 call, The Laurinburg Exchange reports.
3. The man was allegedly targeting a clinic at the Health Park facility.
4. Mr. Locklear never traveled to the facility, and the lockdown was lifted at 11 a.m.
5. Southeastern Health Park is an 80,000-square-foot facility with an ASC, a pharmacy and clinician offices.
