2. Dr. McHutchison is a noted researcher, with most of his work focusing on hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
3. Mr. Small helped establish the company in 2014. He’ll return to his venture creation firm, Luson Bioventures, but will continue to serve on Assembly Biosciences’ board.
