Idaho health system plans 2-building medical complex with ASC

Saltzer Health is planning a medical complex intended to offer quality care, price transparency and lower costs.

Three quick notes:

1. Nampa, Idaho-based Saltzer Health’s 270,000-square-foot complex will be built in Meridian, Idaho.

2. The project entails two four-story buildings with an ASC, a 24-hour urgent care clinic, and physician clinics, as well as gastroenterology, rehabilitation, physical therapy, skilled nursing, imaging, and lab and pharmacy space.

3. Construction is slated for completion in late fall 2020.
