City approves Montana hospital, USPI’s $20M surgery center project — 4 insights

Bozeman, Mont., city commissioners approved Bozeman Health’s $20 million same-day surgery center and clinic project July 1, the Bozeman Daily Chronicle reports.

What you should know:

1. The building will house an outpatient surgery center on the first floor, specialty services on the second floor and primary care services on the third floor.

2. The building will have space for medical offices.

3. Bozeman Health plans to break ground on the building July 19. They anticipate the development will take 18 months to complete.

4. Addison, Texas-based United Surgical Partners International will manage the center, which a Bozeman Health spokesperson said is a joint venture between the health system, physicians and USPI.
