3 new joint-venture ASCs

Here are three joint-venture ASCs opened or announced in June:

1. TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital is opening a $10 million ASC in partnership with Graves Gilbert Clinic and three physicians.

2. Albany (N.Y.) Medical Center, Saratoga Hospital and an 18-physician group gained clearance for their surgery center development. 

3. A 12-surgeon group is collaborating with an investment firm to open a $16 million ASC in Puerto Rico.
