Central Ohio Urology’s medical office building and surgery center property sold for an undisclosed price, according to REBusinessOnline.

1. Montecito Medical Real Estate purchased the Gahanna, Ohio, complex.

2. An ASC occupies 27 percent of the rentable area. The rest of the building is devoted to clinical, imaging, lab and administrative spaces.

3. The two-story, 38,000-square-foot facility was built specifically for Central Ohio Urology in 2013.
