2. Over the last five years, medical office occupancy rates increased 33 percent in the metropolitan Phoenix area.
3. Ms. McIntrye believes the area is ripe for development because of soon-to-be-complete infrastructure developments.
4. Additionally, Ms. McIntrye believes demand for medical office buildings anchored by outpatient surgery center will boom in the coming years. Concerning such developments, she said, “There’s a large demand for that product type right now, and we’ll continue to see that grow.”
