1. New York City-based providers Manhattan Endoscopy and Carnegie Hill Endoscopy were the two endoscopy centers.
2. Houston-based Medical Center Endoscopy was the ASC.
3. Fujifilm also brought on two hospitals: Bolivar, Mo.-based Citizens Memorial Hospital and Chicago-based Swedish Covenant Hospital.
