Buyer nabs $15M loan for Iowa medical property acquisition: 3 quick notes

A Hiawatha, Iowa-based medical facility housing Wolfe Eye Clinic is being acquired, according to Connect Chicago.

Three quick notes:

1. Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. arranged a $15 million loan for the buyer. Neither the buyer nor the seller were named.

2. Wolfe Eye Clinic moved from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to the Hiawatha facility in 2017. It signed a 14-year lease at the 80,000-square-foot property.

3. Mercy Medical Center has a 20-year lease at the property, where it offers outpatient surgery and urgent care services.
