2. Anchor and Provision Health Partners will provide co-management services. Anchor will handle all leasing services.
3. Anchor sourced the transaction and worked with an institutional capital partner to fund the acquisition.
4. The acquisition helped Anchor grow its national portfolio, said Anchor CEO Ben Ochs. He added, “This acquisition, in collaboration with our institutional equity partner, is a great example of Anchor’s core strengths and the ability to execute on outside-the-box transactions.”
