What you should know:
1. The development will be a three-story structure. The first floor will feature a 27,000-square-foot outpatient surgery center. The surgery center will include six surgery suites, two procedure rooms, and preoperative and postoperative recovery areas.
2. The second floor will feature 25,000 square feet of medical office space. Eight physicians will have offices there.
3. The third floor of the center is unique. It will feature a 6,000-square-foot single-family residence for the development’s owner.
4. The Visalia Planning Commission unanimously approved the proposal.
