What you should know:
1. The new ASC will have three operating rooms.
2. After renovating the space, Marin will expand its orthopedic capabilities to include joint replacements and spine surgery.
3. Marin currently performs procedures in a 5,000-square-foot ASC in partnership with Greenbrae-based Marin General Hospital and Deerfield, Ill.-based Surgical Care Affiliates. The new center will also be a joint venture.
